Kognat Pty Ltd ACN 623 943 304 (“we”, “our” or “us”) is committed to protecting the personal information that we may collect and hold about you. We are not an APP entity under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) (Act), and are not bound by the Australian Privacy Principles. We intend to deal with your personal information in accordance with this Policy.
